When it comes to your health, you can never be too cautious, and you should never overlook the obvious.

What kinds of things can give you an indication that you have a health issue you need to contend with?

Facial Spots and Tones

If you notice your nose tip is always red, you need to see a doctor about your blood pressure. Eliminate the stress and reduce your consumption of sugar, alcohol, coffee, and fried foods. Stick with whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.

Deep Wrinkles

Do you appear more wrinkly than your friends? If so, it could be a sign of weak bones. If you drink plenty of water and eat a proper, healthy diet, but see little relief, you need to speak with your doctor about the problem.
